Recently, we completed a Rock Excavation project on a Commercial Building in West Manhattan, New York. Piles and lagging was also provided.
The objective of the project was to deepen the basement by approximately 20 ft. from street level, on a 2000 sq. ft. area. We also had to provide structural support with concrete columns. In addition to this, piles were drilled in and lagging was installed.
This excavation project was performed using Mini Diggers and a Bobcat as there was limited access.
